Query on Updating only one or Few Service Configuration Items. (Doc ID 1564249.1)

You want to know how to make a new version without having 'ALL' Config Items under the Service Configuration version for just updating one service and the total from UIM API.

For example, say Currently you have 20 Config items, when you create a new SCV all 20 config Items are updated though if you have only one update out of 20. If we can modify it to update only the part where needs to be updated, you think you have better choice.
