Symptoms

Create impact category "x1" in PDC, don't check "derived only" check-box. Submit this change
Both in the BRM database and the PDC database this entry will be there.
impact category in INTEGRATE schema with type = 0.---True

Create impact category "x2" in PDC, check "derived only" check-box. Submit this change
Both in the BRM database and the PDC database this entry will be there
Impact category in INTEGRATE schema with type = 1.-- True

delete impact category "x1" in PDC. Submit this change.
In BRM database this entry will be there but in PDC database this entry will not be there.
type = 0 in BRM database
There will be no entry in the PDC database

In BRM database there will be no Entry
In PDC database there will be entry
impact category in INTEGRATE schema still with type = 0 but should be 1.
Type = 1 in PDC database.
