Transaction Post Processor Job in ORBO not Executing at the Scheduled Time (Doc ID 1564598.1)

Symptoms

Transaction Post Processor scheduled job in Oracle Retail Back office (ORBO) is not running at the scheduled time.  As a result, the reports are not getting updated until the post processor is run with "immediate" option.


Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install ORBO on a Managed Server setup.
2. Schedule Post Processor to run every 5 minutes for 2 days.
3. Note that Post Processor is not running at the scheduled time and not at the intervals after that.
4. Post Processor with "Immediate" run option for the same job execution completes successfully.
