Symptoms

When two versions of the same cartridge are used, an order is getting stuck with the following exceptions in the logs:

<Error> <oms> <hostname> <ExecuteThread: '19' for queue: 'oms.automation'> <oms-automation> <BEA1-76D42358CF397D7A53D1> <0000JxWhO_bEsHxLkAc9yZ1HkeF20001Hg> <1371717077354> <BEA-000000> <message.ClusterMessageHandlerBean: Failed to process cluster request due to ClusterRequestContext = NULL>
