If a display profile is changed into yyyy-MM-dd, the DatePicker will not operate normally.
Once it chooses the date, it will not react, even if it clicks on an up-and-down arrow icon
or a calendar icon. It seems that the inputted date is not recognized as the right form.

It seems to be a cause that the variable identifier of regxp4 is different
by convertLocalDateToInternal() in cis.js. Is there any solution?

Corresponding section:

var regxp4 = /^(\d{1,4})\D+(\d{1,2})\D+(\d{1,2})$/;
if ( ! result) result = localDate.match(regepx4);
