Duplicate Authorization ID Getting Autrhorized Sucessfully In AAA Authorization Call

We have an Authorization ID XXX40204, when a user using the same Authorization ID in the input flist for the AAA Authorization opcode for first time call went successfully. Then we have called the stop accounting for the same authorization ID.
Again when he pass the same input flist that containing the same old authorization ID to the AAA Authorization opcode for second time also Authorization is getting success. But the expected scenario is to get the Authorization errored when the same authorization ID is passed. Why we are not getting any error ?
