**Examples provided in this article do not represent real life personal/confidential information**

**Disclaimer:** This KM article may include the following abbreviations:
OUCSS - Oracle Utilities Customer Self Service
JDev - Java developer
MDS - Oracle Metadata Service

The OUCSS Implementation Guide describes how to make changes to the Mobile application through an extension project that includes the base libraries.  This information is found in Chapter 10 - OUCSS Mobility, Customization and Extension Support in Mobility, Steps to Customize a Taskflow.  Step 14 describes how to restart JDev into Customization Role and edit with Customization Context Tip Layer of site / site (name / value).  However, the application template and included technologies does not automatically provide for a site / site Customization Context Tip Layer.  This KM article discusses how to configure the Customization Context.  Please note that these details are only needed for OUCSS 2.0.1, and specifically for the Mobile extension project (the portal application does not have this issue).
