Erroneous Orders Created When Submitting An OOTB Sample Order From OSM With Emulators

When a GoldNSalesOrder10000 order is submitted using Design Studio with emulators, following orders are getting created.

a) CloseCreationFailedTroubleTicketOrder
b) ResumePendingInBoundMessage

Is this behavior normal? If so, can it be explained further?
