Poor Performance Saving a Circuit in Connection Design (Doc ID 1567384.1)

Symptoms

Saving a "current" or "new" issue of a virtual circuit takes more than 30 minutes.

STEPS
-----------------------

1. Open the Connection Design for the virtual circuit.

2. Click on the CLR/DLR Design link to view the circuit's design lines.

3. Select "Save > Save Current Issue" or "Save > Save New Issue" and the application takes more than 30 minutes to save the circuit.
