Symptoms
In a roaming implementation in 7.5 PS4, the FCT_BillingRecord of TAPOutSettlementPipeline does not set the value of the field ITEM_POID in the BALANCE_PACKET structure.
The same implementation in BRM 7.4 sets it correctly.
As a workaround TAPOutSettlementPipeline output grammar is being changed in BRM 7.5 PS4 to set the BALANCE_PACKET.ITEM_POID with the value of the ASSOCIATED_INFRANET_BILLING.ITEM_POID.
With the workaround functionality works for now and usage can be loaded with the rated event loader application.
