Statistics Reports Run from SMS Screens (e.g. Voucher Status Report) are failing when the SMS Database is Running on a Remote Machine (Doc ID 1567910.1)

Symptoms

There are many statistical reports configured on SMS Screens, e.g.: "Voucher Status Report" that fail when the SMS has its database running on a different machine (or on a different IP).

This issue is specific because the report runs correclty when run against a local database.

The reports can be reached through SMS Screens:

  1. Operator Functions --> Report Functions
  2. Under "Report Selection" tab, choose Apps --> CCS --> Summary --> Voucher Status Report.


When the report is run, its logs are written to :

1- /IN/service_packages/SMS/output/Ccs_Service/Summary/
