Information in this document applies to any platform.
There are many statistical reports configured on SMS Screens, e.g.: "Voucher Status Report" that fail when the SMS has its database running on a different machine (or on a different IP).
This issue is specific because the report runs correclty when run against a local database.
The reports can be reached through SMS Screens:
- Operator Functions --> Report Functions
- Under "Report Selection" tab, choose Apps --> CCS --> Summary --> Voucher Status Report.
