Wild Card Customer Look-up Is Not Working In Case Data Is Retrieved From Central Office (CO) (Doc ID 1568017.1)

Symptoms

 
In Oracle Retail Point of Service (ORPOS), when trying to retrieve customer information that was updated/inserted in Central Office (CO), the wild card is not working as expected.
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a customer with mobile phone number 123456789 in CO.
2. Finalize a transaction with the above customer in POS
3. Perform wild card customer lookup with the below parameters:
   name= *
   surname= *
   country= USA
   Phone number = 123456789


No records are returned.
