Rapid Offer Design and Order Design(RODOD) architecture is being used which has Siebel for CRM, AIA for middle layer, OSM system and BRM system for billing.
With this, the Services and Products are not associated to any Deals or Plans as the usual representation in BRM is.
The purchased_products and purchased_discounts are bundled in the Siebel system as promotions and only the instances of products and discounts are held in BRM.
The concepts of Deals & Products are not being used. These two entities are replaced by purchased_bundle in general.
