When attempting to add a zoom function,
the following error occurs.

Function is not available to this responsibility.Change responsibilities or contact your System Administrator.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Zoom Special event on form FAXASSET.
2. Add zoom From block = FA_BOOKS and To Function=Assets:Source Lines.
3. Open Assets form and click on Books button.
4. Click on Zoom icon and the above error message is showing.

Due to this issue, users cannot use zoom functionality on form FAXASSET to function Assets:Source Lines
