SOH Not Getting Updated for Store to Store Under-Received Transfer (Doc ID 1568984.1)

Symptoms

The issue described in this document is known to Oracle, and a fix already scheduled for future release.

Stock On Hand (SOH) is not getting updated as per expectation for a store to store transfer, when the transfer is under-received and the TSF_FORCE_CLOSE_IND is set as No Loss (NL) in Store Inventory Management (SIM) and as Both Loss (BL) in Retail Merchandising System (RMS).

Steps to Re-Create:

  1. Make sure TSF_FORCE_CLOSE_IND is set as NL in SIM and as BL in RMS.
  2. Create a store to store transfer.
  3. Approve and ship the transfer.
  4. Partially receive the transfer at receiving location.
  5. Close the transfer.
  6. SOH is not getting updated at sending location as per expectation.
