Errors "Invalid username or password" / "Could not bind to object LDAP" / "AcceptSecurityContext error" When Logging in to P6 or Testing the P6 EPPM LDAP Connection (Doc ID 1569141.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to login to P6 Web or P6 Professional using an LDAP username and password, the following errors occur:

Error in P6 Web:

Invalid username or password.

Error in P6 Professional:

Invalid login name or password. Please try again or choose Cancel to exit the application.
Could not bind to object LDAP://<server>:389/dc=<dc value>,dc=<dc value> (8007052E).

The following error can be displayed in the P6 Administration Application (<P6 EPPM home>\p6\adminpv.cmd) when cllicking Test Connection:

- javax.naming.AuthenticationException: [LDAP: error code 49 - 80090308: LdapErr: DSID-0C0903AA, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, data 52e, v1771]

The following error(s) can be found in the <P6 EPPM home>\p6\WebAccessLogs\P6WebAccess.html log file:

- ERROR com.primavera.infr.ldap.LDAPServiceImpl - While trying to ping LDAP server failed to get initial directory context URL=ldap://<server name> Security= AuthenticationMode= Chase Referrals=1 User Key=samaccountname

- ERROR com.primavera.infr.ldap.LDAPServiceImpl - Failure attempting to authenticate user <username>
   javax.naming.NamingException: [LDAP: error code 49 - 80090308: LdapErr: DSID-0C0903AA, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, data 52e, v1771]
