Symptoms
Rapid Plan request getting erred out with following message in the Log
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: oracle.apps.msc.orp.engine.ORPEngine
at java.lang.Class.forName(Class.java:136)
at oracle.apps.fnd.cp.request.Run.main(Run.java:152)

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Responsibility > Supply Chain Simulation Planner.
2. Run RP plan and see the results.
