Start_rib JMS Not Starting; Error 'Could Not Get the Status of the JMS Server, Exiting' Occurs (Doc ID 1569603.1)

After Retail Integration Bus (RIB) installation, start_rib JMS is not starting.  Start_egate and start_cb are starting, and we are able to connect using e*Gate schema.
