Symptoms
Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC/NCC), all releases before NCC release 5.0.1.0.
The instance name of the Oracle Database instance in initSCP.ora is incorrectly set to "SMF" (referring to the Service Management System's database) instead of "SCP" (which would be the correct entry).
