Error "Failed Saving Activity Data" And "IO Error: Socket read timed out" While Trying To Copy And Paste A Project In P6 (Doc ID 1569696.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to copy and paste a project, the following error occurs.

failed saving activity data


When reviewing the Web Access log file (P6WebAccess.html) the following error was reported:

   com.primavera.PhoenixException: DBEngine.executeStatement for {call PROJECT_COPY(?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?)}failed:IO Error: Socket read timed out
