SARM unable to connect to JSRP and OCA (Doc ID 1569705.1)

Symptoms

1. The SARM was unable to connect to JSRP and OCA.
2. The Admin server start up got stuck.
3. The Weblogic user 'Cartridge_Management_WebService_MDB' was deleted.

We are getting the following error on ASAP 7.0.0 running on Solaris SPARC 64 bit.

The messages are getting stuck in MessageQueue in the Weblogic server with error in SARM Logs as follows:
