Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

The below steps were followed to deploy Customer Center using tomcat-apache:

Made sure to install Customer Center at the location C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Tomcat 5.xx\webapps\ROOT\customercenter and give the URL as http://USERNAME :Connection port number /customercenter{USERNAME : }

1.Start the tomcat server from Start-->Programs-->ApacheTomcat-->start tomcat
2.Open internet explorer
3.Give http://USERNAME:Connection port number /customercenter in the Address bar of Internet Explorer.
4.Click on CustomerCenter_en.jnlp in the directory (C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Tomcat 5.xx\webapps\ROOT\customercenter)
5.Login and launch the Customer Center

But customer details are not getting displayed on Customer Center screen.

Tried this on apache-tomcat-6.0.37 and apache-tomcat-7.0.37 but it is giving same problem for both versions.
