The Control Plan Notes' Height is not Preserved when Reopening the Control Plan (Doc ID 1569823.1)

Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control, all releases to date.

The Control Plan Editor (CPE) "Control Plan Notes" box frame size is not persistently kept between saving and re-opening a control plan. On re-opening, stretched or oversized "Control Plan Notes" frames will now
display with a minimum height, defined by the last line of input text, but with the width size unaffected.

Example steps that lead to the issue :

1. Create a note with a height defined greater than the text the note contains :
