Price changes are in executed status although there are no future retail records in RPM_FUTURE_RETAIL table.  Why?

  • Create an item in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) and range it to locations (do not run newitemloc so that the item is in RMS but not in RPM).
  • Create a price change at zone level through the price injector (emergency price change).
  • The price change is in executed status although there are no records in RPM_FUTURE_RETAIL table.
  • Although the price change is in executed status, the price in RPM or RMS is not updated.
