Goal

When the user is logged in and enters multiple cases during one session (without logging off), they always get a message that says that the case looks similar to another case. This message appears consistently although the two cases are nothing alike.

What is the search criteria used by the system which would elicit this message?

Is there a way for a user to define this criteria or is it hard coded into the functionality of the system?
