FIFGLDN1.PC Batch Fails With "ORA-01403: No Data Found" Error When the General Ledger (GL) Account Mapping Is Missing

The "Financial General Ledger Download 1" (fifgldn1.pc) batch fails when the General Ledger (GL) account mapping is missing for at least one DEPT, CLASS, SUBCLASS, LOCATION, and TRAN_CODE combination.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Update a row in the IF_TRAN_DATA table, so there is no GL account mapping for at least one DEPT, CLASS, SUBCLASS, LOCATION, and TRAN_CODE combination.
2. Run batch program fifgldn1.pc.
3. Notice: The program aborts with the error shown above.
