Incorrect Placement of PIN_FLD_AMOUNT in the Input Flist Of PCM_OP_PYMT_COLLECT (Doc ID 1570664.1)

Goal

On : BRM 7.5.0.2.0 version, with AIA 2.5 ;

While calling PCM_OP_PYMT_COLLECT opcode, the AIA implementation seems to send AMOUNT and BILLS under BILLINFO array, while the BRM documentation (opcode specs) indicates that these should be passed under CHARGES array.
