Symptoms

After integrating Oracle Knowledge with Siebel the following exceptions may be observed in the Siebel Server log:

SBL-DAT-00247: An error has occurred retrieving the multi valued group object for field 'InQuira Solution Id' .
SBL-DAT-00398: Field 'InQuira Solution Id' does not exist in definition for business component 'Service Request'.
(Symbolic URL: InQuiraSRSearchPage) to retrieve field 'InQuira Solution Id' from buscomp 'Service Request', the error message is 'Field 'InQuira Solution Id' does not exist in definition for business component 'Service Request'.

SBL-DAT-00247: An error has occurred retrieving the multi valued group object for field 'InQuira Answers Name' .
SBL-DAT-00398: Field 'InQuira Answers Name' does not exist in definition for business component 'Service Request'.
(Symbolic URL: InQuiraSRSearchPage) to retrieve field 'InQuira Answers Name' from buscomp 'Service Request', the error message is 'Field 'InQuira Answers Name' does not exist in definition for business component 'Service Request'.
