Customer submitted several submissions to SERFF, but there is no log entry received for any of them even hours later. These were Objection Responses and later some other type of submissions had been made and those also not showing any log entries. SERFF messages & Status Updates are coming in successfully.
Nothing at Tracker end. However SERFF end has been applying some changes applicable to SERFF Direct application.
