No Charge Is Generated When Cycle_end_t Is Set Into The Future Using SUBSCRIPTION_SET_PRODINFO (Doc ID 1570813.1)

Symptoms

On : 7.5.0.4.0 version, Subscription Manager

When using SUBSCRIPTION_SET_PRODINFO to set cycle_end_t into the future, no charge is generated.


1. Create an account with a product that has a future cycle end date. A cycle fee event is created.
2. On the same day call PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_SET_PRODINFO to set the cycle end  date of the product to the current time.
A cycle fee event is created to generate a credit.
