MSS Shuts Down When Trying To Preview Circuit (Doc ID 1570881.1)

Symptoms

For the ethernet circuit <ECCKT>
when the user tries to Preview CLR from the Outputs drop down in the Connection Summary screen (,in Connection Design ) it sits there blank for about 1-3 minutes and then an error comes :

“ Sybase Inc. Product File has encountered a problem and needs to close . …” .

Click on Don't Send button on the above error and MetaSolv crashes out .

The user has to log in again .
