Following Upgrade to Argus 7.x, AG Service Configured Tasks May Not Be Performing Their Expected Work

AG service tasks may not perform their respective functions/tasks as expected if the AG service accounts that are being used were created in a version prior to 7.x.
Symptoms have been reported for, but may not be limited to, the following AG services tasks:
- Batch Report Case task will not process cases selected for batch processing marked for Run Later.
- Batch Periodics task may result in periodic reports returning no case data if there is an Advanced Condition configured in the report.
- Scheduling Check task does not assess any cases, this impacts Dynamic Workflow and Worklist > New/Open > Days Remaining.
Issue may occur after upgrading to Argus 7.x from previous Argus versions (6.x, 5.x, 4.x, 3.x).
