Customer needs confirmation on whether FK/Reference to the first schema is expected by Oracle (So it is OOTB).

Also Customer would like to know is there any impact of having views in second schema.

Q2 : pin_rel always puts the value as 1, irrespective of the schema where the account is. Is it correct?
