All ASAP processes do not start on AIX server after installation (Doc ID 1571556.1)

Oracle Communications ASAP - Version 7.2.0 and later
IBM AIX on POWER Systems (64-bit)

Symptoms

On an ASAP 7.2 IBM AIX 6.1 environment the following issue occurred:

After the ASAP installation, the SRP can't be started. The following error was seen in the diagnostic file. Only 7 out of 8 ASAP processes were coming up.

 Also, when the order of starting the ASAP processes is changed, a different ASAP process will not start with same error.
