LDAP Authentication in RPM Gives 'User Does Not Exist' Message with "java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError"

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to log in to a Retail Price Management (RPM) environment that was installed with LDAP and Single Sign On (SSO), the following error occurs:
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install RPM.
2. During the installation, enable SSO to True.
3. Attempt to log in to RPM. Note the error: Java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/oracle/retail/security/OracleSecurityUtil
