Logging Is Not Consistent And Changes In Log Level Of JCA Adapter In Oracle WebLogic Server Is Not Persistent Between Restarts (Doc ID 1571702.1)

Goal

On BRM 7.5 version, JCA Adapter deployed in Oracle WebLogic Server 10.3.6, user follows the procedure described in BRM documentation in order to change the log level of JCA adapter. However, the changes made by this approach are not permanent. After a WebLogic server restart, the logging level reverts to the default level.

Q1) The user need to make this change permanent. What is the procedure to achieve this?
Q2) At the same time, it is seen that the logging is not consistently happening in the designated "Domain_Home/logs/BRMAdapterLogs" folder
