Symptoms

When attempting to migrate a hierarchy filter where the filter and the hierarchy are located in different folders, the hierarchy ended up in the same folder as the filter.

Steps:

1. Migrate a hierarchy filter with details below:

Hierarchy filter HIERFILTER_FOLDER1 (located in folder:FOLDER1).
Hierarchy referenced in the filter: HIER_FOLDER2 (located in folder: FOLDER2).

2. Hierarchy HIER_FOLDER2 exists already in the target instance in FOLDER2.

3. Attempt to migrate the hierarchy filter using Same as Source for target folder.

4. After the migration the hierarchy went to FOLDER1 the same as where the filter instead of FOLDER2.

Hierarchy filter HIERFILTER_FOLDER1 (located in folder:FOLDER1).
Hierarchy referenced in the filter: HIER_FOLDER2 (located in folder: FOLDER1 instead of FOLDER2 as the source).
