Symptoms

In an R11.5.10.2 Instance (Centralized APS Environment, with ATP Based on Collected Data, and no Data Collection nor GOP rollup applied):

When running 'Order Import' for a given item, get the following errors shown in the 'Order Import' log file:

ERROR FROM MRP: 19
SCHEDULING FAILED
19
SETTING ERROR
VALUE OF THE INDEX 1
EXITING LOAD_RESULTS_FROM_RECE
X_RETURN_STATUS E
RR: L2
AFTER ACTION SCHEDULE : E

Also, can see the following errors shown in the ATP session file:

Get_Calendar_Code : Use OMC instead on ORC/OSC
Schedule: Resetting G_INV_CTP and G_ALLOCATED_ATP
