'View in OIDX' Button is Greyed Out (Doc ID 1571957.1)

Symptoms

Different issues may cause the 'View in OIDX' button to be greyed out. Here are some different cases and their solutions.

CASE #1:

In GA -> Tools > OIDX Data the case displays under OIDX Pending Data. In the General Integration screen the case is not displayed in the 'linked', unlinked',' or 'exceptions' tabs.

In Web QuickView, the case does not exist.

 

CASE #2:

In GA -> Tools > OIDX Data the case displays under OIDX Pending Data. In the General Integration screen the case is displayed in the 'linked' tab.

In Web QuickView, the case exists and all information appears to be correct.


The expected behavior is that the 'view in OIDX' button should be black, not grey, and when selected should open the case in the OIDX Pending data.
