Pin_inv_accts Is Not Fetching Accounts From Database (Doc ID 1572011.1)

Goal

Scenario:

After the billing run, when pin_inv_accts is executed, it is not fetching accounts from the database.

* Command used is as below :
        pin_inv_accts -detail -pay_type 10001 -start 04/30/2013 -end 05/01/2013 -verbose

*  But the nohup log shows only the message "Thread begins"

*  The pin_inv_accts in "-file" mode runs properly though

*  220867 accounts were eligible for invoicing
