How To Reduce Search Indexing Logging for an ATG + Endeca Application Running on WebLogic (Doc ID 1572034.1)

Goal

When running an Oracle Commerce ATG with Endeca application on WebLogic, search indexing can cause excessive logging in the application server log file.  On Windows, the logging can cause the WebLogic command console (stdout) to hang during indexing. 

The goal is to reduce the Endeca CXF logging resulting from the indexing process.
