BusinessDayBatch (RTLog batch count) count is incorrectly populated in the RTLOG when exported from RPOS.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a normal sale transaction and wait for RTLog to generate.
2. Get the BatchCount (QU_BTCH_TOT) from BusinessDayBatchCount (CA_DY_BSN_BTCH) table.
3. Now create a transaction (such as 'unknown') which will not export the transaction details to RTLog. Do not perform any transaction until ID_RTLOG_BTCH -1 becomes '-2'.
(Example: Create a layaway and then cancel it, which causes the transaction type to be inserted in TR_TRN as zero which is "Unknown".)
4. Now again verify the above table. Batch count will be incremented even through RTLog was not generated. This is causing a discrepancy in the DCLOSE RTLog, having RTLog count with actual RTLogs generated.
