ASCP is using recipe with preference 1 ahead of preference 2 (Doc ID 1572273.1)

Recipe validity rule preference is not clear/reliable when running EDD plans


should make the selection based on availability of resource from calendar opening point of view, cumulative function of lead timest, availability of existing supply in primary or alternate path and finally the preference. And Our intention is to consider existing supply only in primary path and ignore existing supply in altenate path.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. run EDD with resource constraint = Yes but all resources being assigned to bottleneck group. In this way we are only considering resource calendar for opening but not capacity
2. MSO: Use Existing Supplies in Alternate BOM/Subs. Comp = 2
MSO: Postpone Use of Alternates to Latest Possible Time = Y

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot understand the recipe selection
