Symptoms

On NCC ( Network charging and Control) version 5.0.0 (Intrepid)  with Patch Set 1(PS1) installed, When trying to change voucher status to frozen using Provisioning Interface (PI) command "CCSVR1=FRZ", It fails with below NACK and the following error is received in /<DIR>/PiManager.log:
