Plan is NOT optimized - Decision rules enabled Use End Item Substitution and Use Alternate BOM/Routing. EDD or ECC Classic Constrained planning with Sequence Dependent Setups (SDS) enabled in the Constraints tab of the plan options
In this example users were running EDD Classic Constrained plan 91 days/4 weeks/5 periods with 10 days minutes/10 days hours/71 days days - plan is NOT optimized - Decision rules enabled Use End Item Substitution and Use Alternate BOM/Routing
Collection Workbench shows correct Changeover Duration that users setup in source Instance BOM / Routing / Resources - query resource - select Setups button - Select the appropriate setup - select Changeovers button - setup the duration for the different setup/changeovers. Run collections and the data shows as expected in View Collected Data. However ASCP Workbench is NOT CORRECT after running the plan. Changeover Duration = 0 for all resources.
