atg.process.ProcessException: Process Not Found In Registry

The /atg/epub/workflow/process/WorkflowProcessManager logs an error about a missing wdl file.

This same error can be thrown for a missing .sdl file from the /atg/scenario/ScenarioManager. 

The error will look similar to the following: 

atg.process.ProcessException: Process /Commerce/editCommerceAssets.wdl not found in registry
at atg.process.ProcessManagerService.getProcessInfo(
at atg.process.ProcessManagerService.getSegmentInfo(
at atg.process.ProcessManagerService.createProcessInstanceInfo(
at atg.process.ProcessManagerService.getProcessInstanceInfos(
at atg.process.ProcessManagerService.getProcessInstanceInfos(
at atg.workflow.WorkflowViewImpl.getActiveTasks(
at atg.epub.pws.taglib.GetTasksTag.getTasksForProcess(
