Changes to an Address for a Supplier or Wholesale/Franchise Store Are Not Published (Doc ID 1572481.1)

Symptoms

Address changes for supplier, wholesale/franchise, partner, and store are not published in Retail Integration Bus (RIB) message.


Steps to Reproduce:

1. Stop the RIB Store Publisher.
2. Navigate to rtkstrt -> Action -> Organizational Hierarchy -> Store.
3. Open a store in edit mode.
4. Confirm that the selected store is not present in STORE_MFQUEUE table.
5. Click on Address button to open address screen.
6. Update the nullable columns like state, post, contact_name, etc. from null/blank to some value.
7. Save the changes made to the address and check if the updated address is published.
