CVC/CVV2 Field is Missing from the SMS Screens when Adding or Editing Credit Cards (Doc ID 1572548.1)

When adding a new credit card or editing an existing one under Services -> Prepaid Charging -> Subscriber Management -> Credit Cards, there is no prompt for the CVC/CVV (card verification code/value).
