Timestamp in Report Due Date Field Causes Reports to be Considered as Late

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In Oracle Argus Analytics Release 1.1, the Report Due Date field includes the timestamp component (e.g. 25-APR-2013 12:00AM).
Therefore if a case was submitted on the required Due Date of 25-APR-2013 but has a submitted time of greater than 12:00AM,
it is automatically deemed late.
