Symptoms
In Oracle Life Sciences Argus Analytics Release 1.1, the Report Due Date field includes the timestamp component (e.g. 25-APR-2013 12:00AM).
Therefore if a case was submitted on the required Due Date of 25-APR-2013 but has a submitted time of greater than 12:00AM,
it is automatically deemed late.
