On all versions of Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), it is possible to rate usage using Realtime Pipeline using an opcode.

This article will explain how this could be done.

At a high level, essentially the Input Call Data Record (CDR):

will need to be converted to an flist for an opcode.
